    • Clocking In and Out: Members must present their ID# when clocking in and out.
    • Event Entry: The ID# is required for gaining entry to class parties and events.
    • Voting: Members must present their ID# to vote.
  3. Unique Identifier: The BPA Membership ID# serves as a unique identifier for each individual, ensuring accurate attendance records and participation tracking.

  4. Penalties for Non-Compliance:

    • Denial of Entry: Failure to present a valid ID# may result in denial of entry to events.
    • Attendance Recording: Inability to record attendance without the ID#.
  5. Responsibilities:

    • Members and officials must carry their BPA Membership ID# at all times and present it upon request.
  6. Confidentiality: Members are prohibited from copying or forwarding any information provided by the BPA organization.
