Phillip Horsley

THE VICE PRESIDENT

Phillip Horsley is the 37th and current Vice President of the Kirtland Central High School Business Professionals of America (BPA) organization, serving under President Kayla Badoni. Horsley previously held the position of 36th Parliamentarian within the organization. He assumed the role of Vice President in the 2024-2025 academic year after being confirmed in a chapter monthly meeting. In addition to his vice-presidential duties, Horsley serves as the Chairman of the Food and Beverage Committees.
