Phillip has previously held positions as the 37th Vice President and Parliamentarian, where he displayed exceptional leadership and organizational skills. He assumed the presidency in February 2025, following the resignation of President Kayla Badoni, and has since guided the chapter with innovation and vision.

As Vice President of FCCLA, Phillip has also showcased his ability to lead effectively and inspire those around him. His involvement in multiple career and technical student organizations highlights his commitment to empowering students and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

As Vice President of BPA, Phillip played a vital role in preserving BPA's rich history at KCHS, which dates back to 1989. He has been a passionate advocate for the organization's mission to prepare students for global professional success.
