Kirtland Central High School's Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter has announced that Surya Joe, the 35th Chapter Secretary, has stepped down from her position. Joe, a junior who is taking college classes to graduate with the Class of 2024, was elected as Secretary on September 1, 2023.
President Justin Harrison expressed gratitude for Joe's dedication and service to the BPA. "We thank Surya for her commitment and hard work during her tenure. Her contributions have been invaluable to our organization," Harrison stated.
With Joe stepping down, the position of Chapter Secretary is now open to any member wishing to run for the role. The BPA chapter encourages interested members to come forward and participate in the upcoming special election.
The KCHS BPA looks forward to welcoming a new Secretary who will continue to uphold the values and mission of the organization.
