Press Release: Parliamentarian Phillip Horsley Appointed as 37th KCHS BPA Chapter Vice President

Kirtland Central High School's Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter is proud to announce the official appointment and confirmation of Parliamentarian Phillip Horsley as the 37th Chapter Vice President. Horsley succeeds former 36th Chapter Vice President Ely Lee, who recently resigned from the position, making Horsley the acting Vice President.

Phillip Horsley was elected Parliamentarian on April 7, 2024, with a landslide victory, reflecting the confidence and support he has within the chapter. He has notably served as Vice Chair to former 36th Secretary Rodzaiah Curtis in numerous committees, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and dedication.

Horsley's commitment to the BPA and his hard work have earned him the respect and trust of the members, who believe he embodies the qualities they seek in a leader. As he steps into his new role, the KCHS BPA chapter looks forward to his continued contributions and leadership.
