37TH PRESIDENT OF KCHS BPA

Phillip Horsley is the 37th President of the Kirtland Central High School Business Professionals of America (KCHS BPA) organization. With a history of dedicated service and impactful leadership, Phillip has been instrumental in advancing KCHS BPA's mission to empower students and cultivate professional excellence.

Before stepping into the presidency, Phillip served as Vice President under President Kayla Badoni from November 2024 to February 2025. During this time, he demonstrated remarkable organizational and leadership skills, earning the trust and respect of his peers. Even earlier, Phillip held the role of Parliamentarian, where his expertise in parliamentary procedures and commitment to integrity further strengthened the chapter’s foundation.

On February 17, 2025, Phillip officially assumed the role of President, bringing fresh energy and a vision centered on innovation, collaboration, and success. As a leader, he continues to inspire members, driving the organization to achieve new milestones in both academic and professional development.

His journey through the roles of Parliamentarian, Vice President, and President has been marked by unwavering dedication to the values of leadership, teamwork, and service. Phillip’s contributions have left a profound and enduring impact on KCHS BPA and its members.

On April 14, 2025, Phillip was elected to a full presidential term, and was officially sworn in, reaffirming his commitment to leading the organization with excellence.
